Corrie Construction was incorporated in Feb 1990 by three partners in British Columbia for the purpose of constructing new single family homes. The company directors were one of a group of founding members of the Williams Lake Construction Association. The company was an active builder in the central region of British Columbia completing numerous social housing complexes, commercial buildings, mid and high end custom homes and large scale commercial and residential renovations. Within five years David Corless had purchased the shares of the other two partners which made him the sole owner of Corrie Construction Ltd.

In May 2002 David Corless president and owner of Corrie Construction Ltd moved to Grande Prairie AB to build new single family homes. Corrie Construction is a member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program and is determined to provide the best possible home for the best possible value to its clients. The company has built and sold five new homes in the Westpointe subdivision and is currently in the process of building one custom in Crystal Lake Estates, starting one custom in Crystal Heights and one custom in Wembley.
